Stockland Balgowlah is a vibrant convenience based shopping escape designed for every day needs, offering a modern and welcoming environment with a diverse range of retail stores.
The Centre boasts a Coles Supermarket and approximately 50 specialty stores set over two retail levels. The first level is fully enclosed with a fresh food market and premium specialty stores. The second level hosts an open-air plaza consisting of restaurants and services precinct.
Easily accessible for the whole community, the centre is well situated just 12km from Sydney CBD and 2km from the popular Manly tourist precinct.
For your convenience, there are approximately 700 undercover car parks with 3 hour FREE parking, accessed from both Condamine Street and Sydney Road with direct access to the Centre.
